Cloning a face and voice is powerful, so we hold ourselves to clear rules. Here they are, in plain terms.

Consent first, always
We only ever build an avatar of a person who has given explicit written consent to be cloned. We never clone anyone without their permission, including public figures.
You own your avatar
The avatar we build is yours. We do not reuse it for any other client or purpose, and we do not sell or share your likeness.
Deletion on request
You can ask us to delete your source data and your avatar at any time, and we will.
Honest content
We keep scripts factual and avoid claims that could mislead. Some industries have their own advertising rules, and we work within them.
Disclosure
We recommend disclosing that a video uses an AI avatar where it matters to your audience or your regulator. We will help you do this clearly. This page is guidance, not legal advice.
No harmful use
We will not produce content designed to deceive, impersonate someone without consent, or cause harm.
